I’m a registered Afra account holder, and I’ve forgotten my password. How can I reset?
Finding your lost password is an easy process. On the log-in screen, you should see a ‘Forgot Password’ link next to the ‘Sign In’ button.
Clicking on the link will bring up a prompt asking you to enter the email address that’s associated with your Afra account.

Do I get a receipt for my online order?

Yes. Upon placing your order, Afra will send an order invoice in the email you have provided.

Does Afra save the details of my bank card?

Afra is committed to and respects the privacy of our customers. We do not save the credit card or bank details of any of our customers.

What is the estimated time for delivery once the order is placed?

Next day delivery for Dubai and Sharjah. It takes 2 to 3 working days for other Emirates.

What happens If I'm not available at home to receive the delivery?

The courier company will contact you before attempting to deliver the product.

How can I return or exchange the product?
