Warranty Coverage

All AFRA products are covered by a standard warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page or invoice.

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Materials
  • Workmanship
  • Manufacturing

 

2. Your Rights Under UAE Consumer Law

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations), customers are entitled to the following rights:

  • If a product is defective, AFRA will repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost.
  • If the same defect occurs three (3) times within the first year, the customer is entitled to:
    • A full replacement, or
    • A full refund
  • If repair takes more than 7 days, AFRA may provide a temporary replacement product (where applicable).
  • The warranty period will be extended for the duration the product is under repair.

 


 

3. What is Covered

This warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failures under normal use
  • Faults occurring during the warranty period


 

4. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Improper installation or handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage due to power surges or external factors
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

⚠️ Note: These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights under UAE law.



5. Repair & Service Commitment

AFRA is committed to:

  • Providing timely repair services
  • Ensuring availability of spare parts
  • Offering after-sales support across the UAE

Repairs will be completed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with UAE regulations.


 

6. Warranty Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Valid purchase invoice or receipt
  • Product details (model number / serial number if applicable)

Products must not be tampered with or altered.



7. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact AFRA customer support via website or email
  2. Submit product details and proof of purchase
  3. Follow instructions for inspection, repair, or replacement



8. Warranty Validity

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
  • Warranty period begins from the invoice date
  • Terms may vary depending on product category



9. Important Legal Notice

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your legal rights as a consumer in the United Arab Emirates.
